The Bahia never fails to impress-we have stayed here more than a dozen times.Nothing is too much trouble-Maria on the desk is always helpful, and all the staff are brilliant.Great breakfast and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The location is on the Pinewalk and almost on the beach. Will definitely return!

Also, we were 1 km from popular place such as Albercuix Beach. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the queen room, as well as a heating system, an iron and a television with satellite channels etc. You guys made our stay relaxing.

Good value for money excellent food & location and very helpful staff
The plumbing needed a little attention shower going hot & cold when running but only a minor blip
-
Friendly staff, a slightly sophisticated ambience and ideal location
Builder's noise at back of hotel; our room had one low window which you needed to bend down to see out of.

The staff were extremely helpfull and always pleasant and smiling, the breakfast was excellent and in a superb setting as were the restaurant meals.Accommodation was clean and comfy but not luxurious ,the hotels position on the Pine Walk is unbeatable.Excellent value

Situation.. It is right on the beach. Beautiful setting.
The hotel is old do not confuse charm for tired. The waiting staff in the restuarant were slow and not overly helpful

I loved the sea view and having breakfast on the beach terrace. The buffet breakfast is varied and the choice changes daily. The general atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and all staff are very welcoming.
The room was very basic and the choice of TV channels is limited. Howeverit met our needs and was value for money.

Great location right on the beach. Lovely, though pricey, restaurant. Reasonable room rates in October.
Every outside table is allocated to dining after 7pm, so no room for hotel guests to have a drink except in the not very appealing inside bar and small lounge. Some rooms a bit tired (we had five rooms), though beds claimed to be new and certainly felt very comfortable. Room size varies, and a balcony means less space inside. Our credit cards were debited in Sterling even though at no time did we ask for this, nor was there any sign that this was happening until the final slip was torn off. Which meant a poor exchange rate.

the hotel is small but has everything you need for a relaxing beach side holiday, as my room was ocean view with a balcony i loved laying in my bed falling asleep to the sound of the sea rippling onto the beach, coming down to the lovely breakfast buffet and eating outside on the patio looking at the fantastic view, the friendlines of all the staff always a smile for you.
i cant think of anything i didnt like, there was one tiny thing that annoyed me slightly and that was the balcony lights going off at 11.30 pm, as i liked to come back to my room and sit a while before i retired and id be reading my book or playing cards with my partner and suddenly the lights would go out, it felt like a boarding school lights out !!

Located on small beach in pedestrianised area. Comfortable bed and pillow. Fridge and tea making facilities handy. Wifi free and worked well. Spanish decor. Tour bookings possible at reception. Small supermarket next door.
Some noise from restaurant morning and evening as our room front of building on first floor. Balcony not private and so not pleasant for non smokers and couple of balconies such as ours not covered so too sunny most of the day or wet during rain periods so try and ask for upper room with covered balcony if this is a problem for you. Breakfast items not chilled or covered in open air environment eg cheese Overall breakfast inconsistent in standard and limited in variety. Coffee from a machine and not very tasty.

The restaurant and location are very good. We had breakfast on the veranda on the beach each morning, such a nice way to start each day. The Hotel is an old building but is very nice, do not be put off by my negative comment, but do ask about the air conditioning before booking.
The air conditioning did not work, I reported this after day 4 (which was a mistake) they said that their maintainance people had a look at it and they would require a part which had been ordered. We were supplied with a fan which did help, but this is not Air Conditioning! The repair had not been carried out by September 30th. No view, just the rear wall from our room. ROOM 106.

First and foremost are the staff - faultless. So friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant to the bar staff to the cleaners; everyone is absolutely lovely. Breakfast is great - lots of fruit and fresh stuff - as well as the usual ghastly egg and bacon for the usual Brits still determined to pile their plates high and pursue a heart attack, even on holiday. The setting is gorgeous - breakfast tables under the pine trees with the water practically lapping at your feet. Hotel does not feel too "chain" as has quirky little corners with stained glass and a sort of North African feel. If you want to be in the thick of things then you could not do better as the sea is 2 mins from the door. However the hotel is at the quieter end of the promenade so you can escape uk voices if you close your eyes and turn your head to the mountains.
The view from our room was lovely - over the mountains - and very peaceful. However, the disadvantage of a room at the back is that you never ever use the balcony because of the strong smell from the kitchens that comes up from late afternoon. Totally disgusting - ugh - to the extent that we did not even open the balcony door. Not sure what the hotel can do about this but I do feel it should be mentioned in the summing up of it and I would strongly recommend not to choose a room at the back of the hotel!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent and it helped that we had an upgrade. We were only there for one night as we had just completed the GR221 and were treating ourselves to some relaxation before returning to England

Direct access to the beach and friendly personel

What can we say....this place is part of the reason that puerto pollens will always be our no 1 destination....smack bang on the beach great views from a sea view room although a touch noisy on the 1st floor at breakfast time. Bar is a little pricey as is the restaurant but many a place close to eat and drink anyway. Breakfast is great and the staff are very good and always polite. We will return without a doubt!
Apart from a little expensive for a room which was a little dated and had a sink for a bath and the bar and restaurant being pricey nothing can be said negitivly about this place.
